Customer focused, with in-depth knowledge of applications providing solutions for materials processing, POWERLASE Ltd is an independent manufacturer of high powered, nanosecond Q-switched Diode Pumped Solid State lasers for ITO ablation in the fields of PDP and related technologies. POWERLASE is currently partnering for further growth with key customers in Korea, Japan, USA and Europe.

POWERLASE lasers have proven capabilities in direct write ablative lithography. Offering significant cost reductions in the manufacturing cycle of a variety of display types: Plasma Display Panels (PDP), LCD-TFTs, Touch Screens and OLEDs. All these display technologies benefit from the ability of POWERLASE lasers to ablate a variety of Thin Film coatings e.g. Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) or Tin Oxide (TO), metals and others, in a single pulse. The power, short pulses, and high repetition rates of these lasers makes new and exciting production methodologies in separation and patterning a reality.
