machine tools

The use of lasers in the machine tool industry is well known. POWERLASE offers new possibilities in laser cutting and milling. The rapid cutting and milling of Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and the processing of Tungsten Carbide (WC) at commercially acceptable rates becomes possible with these systems, as does the processing of materials as diverse as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Galvanised Steel, Anodised Aluminium and Nickel Super Alloys.

POWERLASE lasers open new possibilities in mould tool creation, manufacturing cutting tools, deep engraving, high speed product identification, removal of coatings, and surface treatments such as hardening and the post processing of welded areas.
