solar cells

Solar cells are currently manufactured using high quality, high cost semiconductor lithography techniques. POWERLASE has developed laser applications that offer similar quality at much reduced cost. This laser innovator employs similar techniques for rapid laser patterning (RLP) as used to replace lithography in FPD using multiple wavelengths to process active thin films on glass and flexible substrates.
