Description
An acousto-optically switched, diode pumped Nd:YAG laser system. Delivering high average powers at a wavelength of 1064nm, unpolarised. Rugged head design and a custom control system provide a platform that is ideally suited to industrial applications. Stable operation is provided over a wide range of pulsing frequencies. The control system is desgned for easy process and integration. Microprocessor architecture allows for serial or Ethernet interfaces, touch-screen control and simple synchronisation with OEM equipment and process lines. A condition monitoring suite provides details, real-time of laser performance using power monitors and internal diagnostics. First pulse control and CW leakage suppression can be provided across the performance range. An output attenuator and/or fibre delivery is available to provide flexible beam delivery and output power control. The laser system has been designed for high volume manufacturing environments.
