Description
Lynx lasers are based on a new generation of Rod-Type Fibres, designed to provide high energy pulses together with a very good beam quality. Single mode propagation in the fibre ensures a polarised, diffraction limited beam. A patented resonator design produces sub-10 nanosecond pulses and pulse repetition frequencies up to 300 kHz. A rugged head design and a custom control system provides a platform that is ideally suited to industrial applications. A microprocessor architecture allows for serial interfaces and simple synchronisation with OEM equipment and process lines. The laser system has been designed for high-volume manufacturing environments. Water to air chiller option available.
